Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada seeks an Insurance Service Representative with an AIC license and working toward CAIB 1. You will handle inquiries, process endorsements and renewals, and resolve issues while delivering quality service to clients.

French language proficiency is required, and experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance is essential. TAM and Portal knowledge is an asset in this role.

Qualifications

Requirements

• An AIC license

• The ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in French is required
• Three years’ experience in personal lines, automobile and property insurance
• Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner
• Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of TAM and Portal would be an asset
• The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
