Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients by providing support and information on various inquiries. Your role will involve addressing a range of customer needs with clarity and professionalism. Regardless of the topic, the focus remains on delivering exceptional service while ensuring accuracy and completeness in the information provided.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
  • Processing transactions, account updates, or service requests
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Following company policies and scripts to ensure consistent service
  • Meeting performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions
  • Strong analytical thinking, active listening, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Different combinations of relevant experience and education may be considered.
