YMCA BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre. You will ensure a welcoming front counter, assist members, and support daily operations in a community-focused YMCA facility.
The role requires a Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent), strong customer service skills, and the ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check and vulnerable sector search. CPR/First Aid certification is expected or willingness to obtain it. This position is on-site and involves varied shifts.

Salary: $18.30 per hour
The Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Centre Manager, is responsible for delivering excellent service through our YMCA Standards. The Customer Service Representative ensures that the front counter is welcoming, friendly and operated in a clean, efficient and effective manner.
As a member of the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre team, you will support ensuring the facility is operating efficiently and meeting Association standards of convenience, clean and well maintained, safe, friendly and welcoming, builds positive relationships, providing opportunities to learn and grow. Furthermore, the Customer Service Representative will ensure that the YMCA mission and core values are being delivered in our daily operations.
