Scope of Responsibilities:

  1. Order administration from quoting to shipment
  2. Resolving product and service issues internally and with customers
  3. Tracking orders through the entire process
  4. Maintaining backlog database
  5. Addressing manufacturability issues with customers
  6. Coordinating with engineering for product releases
  7. Working with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and quality
  8. Reviewing customer purchase orders and resolving issues
  9. Accurate order entry into systems
  10. Reporting on sales activities and metrics
  11. Supporting quotation and pricing reviews
  12. Handling RMA and customer complaints
