  • Ability to think outside the box and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong internet skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, structured call center environment servicing inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).

Work-from-Home Requirements :

  • Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
  • Smartphone capable of running the latest operating system.
  • High-speed, wired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload); Wi-Fi or extenders are not acceptable.
  • No satellite internet connections.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
