What You’ll Do :

  • Process purchase orders efficiently and keep customers informed with regular updates.
  • Address customer inquiries related to order status, pricing, and shipping details promptly and accurately.
  • Deliver responsive customer support and assist with troubleshooting product or service issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective phone and email communication.
  • Handle customer concerns and questions with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Manage and expand a database of prospective customers to support sales growth.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate timely product transfers to meet demand.
  • Proactively enhance the customer experience through attentive and personalized support.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support team objectives.

What We’re Looking for :

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP / SAP Systems.
  • Post Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
