Part-time Customer Service Representative

Position Details:

• Part-time role, minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule, working 3-5 days within branch hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
2. Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions.
3. Collaborate with branch team and BMO partners to enhance customer experience and meet business goals.
4. Support banking transactions and customer requests.
5. Promote digital and self-serve banking options.
6. Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations.
7. Contribute to branch business results and operational activities.
8. Manage cash transactions and reconcile accounts.
9. Perform routine tasks within service level agreements.
10. Support risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
11. Participate in ongoing learning about financial products and marketplace trends.
12. Report suspicious activity related to money laundering.
13. Assist in various branch functions as needed, including working at multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; post-secondary education or certification is desirable.
• Comfortable with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, confident, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different roles.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and sales practices.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.

Compensation:
