Job summary

A global productivity partner for mining is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in Sudbury, Ontario. You will manage customer orders, support sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and logistics coordination. Successful candidates should possess sales experience and strong organizational skills. This role is onsite, requiring collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of related sales experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all orders from customers as well as expediting orders by working closely with the production center.
  • Generate sales through product information and support.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  • Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.

Skills

Description

The Customer Service Representative’s product knowledge enables them to support our customers in Sudbury and the Maritime provinces, accelerate order delivery, and create an exceptional customer experience. A solid team player will have you working collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Technical Sales Representative and the warehouse staff to ensure our customers are getting the best service ever.
