We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us at BOW-WAVIN - an Orbia business . If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Main purpose

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer satisfaction and the accuracy of orders and pricing. Bilingualism (French-English) is essential in order to serve our clients well across Canada and the United States. The person will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and the shipping team to follow-up on orders.

Main responsibilities :

• Follow-up with customers on their requests (by phone or email)
• Validate purchase orders with price lists
• Follow-up on orders and ensure compliance with delivery dates
• Prepare return authorizations
• Work in collaboration with outside sales representatives
• Participate in the price request process
• Ensure any claims are processed and completed
• Perform any other related tasks

Our requirements :

• 1-3 years proven experience in customer service role or any related roles
• Pro-active, positive and collaborative approach
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French (writing and oral)
• Sense of urgency and result oriented showing high level of professionalism in stressful situations
