Job Description

Essential Functions:

  1. Manage the success of daily interactions within their assigned client portfolio.
  2. Act in the best interest of all parties, maintaining professionalism in all dealings.
  3. Build selector strategies, including concession negotiations, vehicle recommendations, pricing, client approval, and order placement.
  4. Proactively review and update client profiles and policies.
  5. Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships.
  6. Run monthly reports to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and follow up on projects.
  8. Manage and dispatch various types of information in a timely manner, such as liability slips, renewals, and reports.
  9. Produce and analyze reports based on client and internal needs.
  10. Identify potential problems and work towards resolution, escalating when necessary.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer use, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage customer requirements through company systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, adaptable, and professional.
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented approach.
  • Effective problem resolution skills for internal and external issues.
Other Requirements:
  • University degree or post-secondary diploma/certificate is an asset.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the fleet industry.
  • Participation in corporate/industry events and client meetings, supporting presentations as needed.
  • Understanding of ARI systems, services, policies, and goals.
  • Fluency in both French and English for bilingual roles.

Compensation:

Starting at $55,730.00 - $80,805.00 CAD annually for full-time employees, based on skills, experience, education, and location. Compensation includes base pay earnings.
