Primary Duties
  1. Deal directly with customers via telephone or electronically.
  2. Greet customers warmly and identify their needs or reasons for contact.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  4. Resolve customer complaints through phone or email.
  5. Use telephones to verify account information and reach out to customers.
  6. Assist with placing orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  7. Provide pricing and delivery information.
  8. Answer questions regarding warranties or terms of sale.
  9. Utilize computer technology to manage high call volumes.
  10. Coordinate with the customer service manager to ensure quality service.
  11. Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
  12. Build and maintain customer relationships.
  13. Investigate and resolve delivery issues.
  14. Monitor vehicle down status and short lead-time orders.
  15. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  16. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  18. Assist in warehouse tasks and perform clerical work as needed.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
  2. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
  3. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  5. Ability to perform calculations involving discounts and figures.
  6. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
