Holman is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Mississauga office.

What will you do?

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationship with assigned client portfolio (all B2B)
  2. Responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s fleet
    • Provide vehicle recommendations & place vehicle orders
    • Provide rate quotes
    • Manage license, cards & billing requests
    • Update & maintain client profiles and policies
    • Attend manufacturer presentations
  3. Work with client to strategically identify efficiencies through technological reporting
  4. Collaborate with the rest of the organization to deliver exceptional client service inside and out

What are we looking for?

  1. University degree or post-secondary diploma / certificate an asset
  2. 3-5 years B2B direct client service experience, preferably in the fleet industry
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  4. Excellent communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) would be a huge asset

Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $55,730.00 - $80,805.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
