Boshart Industries is currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. A Customer Service Representative will build relationships with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to maintain and increase sales and profitability, all while ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Communicate professionally and promote positive relationships with customers, Territory Managers and outside Sales Representatives, and co-workers.

·Provide support for District Managers, Territory Manager and Outside Sales Representatives

·Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss successes, wins and inefficiencies that can be challenged to develop new processes

·Develop and maintain customer understanding while multi-tasking to complete all functions required to exceed expectations throughout the sales process

·Update and maintain customer information and interactions through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool enabling business to stay organized and aligned

·Process orders in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy

·Review backorders regularly and contact customers when stock arrives to upsell other products

·Send shipping/order error information to the Customer Order Discrepancy and Support Representative within a timely manner

·Understand Power BI to run sales reports to help identify possible opportunities and challenges.

·Promote specials and new products with customers.

·Follow up on pricing and samples sent to customers.

·Maintain and update customer files in D365

·Receive incoming phone calls on daily basis providing customers with solutions to their technical and purchasing requirements in a manner that prioritizes volume and importance

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Suggest programming tools that will make department more efficient.

·Continually monitor competition for what they are offering in the marketplace.

·Attend Product Training Sessions

·Attend Customer Service Meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and 6 months experience

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)
  • Knowledge of water well or plumbing market would be an asset.
