As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Applicants must hold a valid RIBO license and have over one year of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer inquiries and transactions while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and transactions to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
