Overview:

Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage company in Ontario. The core team has 20 years of experience in the industry and holds professional insurance academician qualification.

As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative, applicants must hold a valid RIBO license and have over one year of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer inquiries and transactions while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and transactions to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
  2. Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships on behalf of the company.
  4. Manage inbound sales calls and initiate outbound calls as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Must hold a valid RIBO license.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
