Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our London office to help us service our customer base across Southern Ontario. Experience in the construction industry would be an asset - i.e., as a Project Site Coordinator.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers.
• Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Setting up new sites in the company database.
• Working with the Sales, Logistics, and Operations departments to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Strong phone presence.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs required.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
