Job summary

Farm Boy is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain inviting product displays. You will greet customers, answer questions, stock shelves, and support store cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift items, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is expected, French is a plus, and prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French language skills are an asset.
• Retail experience is an asset; education + experience may be considered.

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work/storage areas through housekeeping duties.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and equipment-use protocols.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Assist the team with occasional additional duties.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
