Position Overview : Onward Hardware Div. of Richelieu Hardware a leading distributor of hardware is seeking a motivated, dedicated team player to join our team in the dynamic and creative industry of hardware.

More specifically, your main tasks will be :

  • Process and confirm customer orders
  • Respond promptly to customers regarding order status, pricing and product availability
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Correct invoices by issuing credits / debits or Return Authorizations
  • Ensure and provide quality service to customers
  • Assist external sales representative in maintaining accounts and sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year’s experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with AS400 would be an asset

  • Proven experience working within a Customer Service team environment
  • Strong communication (written and oral)
  • Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationship
