Key Responsibilities

3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
6. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
