Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Markham, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Model: Hybrid – In-office Monday to Thursday, work-from-home Fridays

Employment Type: Temporary Assignment (possibility of going permanent full time)

Fuze HR is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a well-established leader in the B2B distribution industry. Known for delivering top-tier industrial supplies and equipment to businesses across North America, this company is dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
  2. Own the full lifecycle of each customer interaction—from issue identification to resolution
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, product managers, and supply partners to support customer needs
  4. Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, returns, billing, and inventory availability
  5. Log and update customer accounts and interactions in internal systems and CRMs
  6. Handle complaints, escalate when necessary, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach
  7. Deliver outstanding service with strong phone etiquette and written communication
  8. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism even in challenging situations

What You Bring:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the distribution or logistics sector
  2. Strong understanding of B2B service expectations and workflows
  3. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  4. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  5. Comfortable working with Windows-based systems, digital phone tools, and CRM platforms
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  7. High school diploma or GED required
