Customer Service and Sales - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member
Location: Collingwood, ON — Full-Time Position

Position Overview :

Responsibilities

• Auto and Property Service and Sales
• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing clarifications

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license with lots of support = just the beginning of a successful career (note: having a good personal credit score is necessary for government insurance licensing sponsorship)
• Sales Experience will be a valued asset, but an energetic, enthusiastic Team Player can be trained
• Able to multi-task effectively / Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Comfortable on the phone with a warm and pleasant telephone manner
• Friendly, positive, optimistic and upbeat attitude / Confident, approachable and outgoing
• Excellent communication skills, good conversationalist
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to learn computer functions / Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel

Salary Range : $40,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience, including Salary & Bonus and other incentives. This is an in-office position, not remote.
