What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide information to help them make informed decisions
- Support customers through various communication channels (email and phone)
- Process orders and returns, and assist customers in understanding DEXA bone scan results
- Update customer records, process accounts, and manage administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid background in customer service
- Strong passion for natural health and wellness
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve
- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule of 9 am - 5 pm PST, including weekends
