EMCO Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Calgary. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales orders, and developing customer relationships. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide sales support to customers via telephone email and walkins to our Profit Centres. You will provide the highest level of customer service by answering customer inquiries generating sales leads and closing sales to increase profit sharing. Support will also be provided to the Outside Sales function.
