Job summary

AGAT Laboratories in Calgary, AB is seeking a client liaison role to enhance service delivery for laboratory customers. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone communication.

You will manage expectations for work orders, ensure timely delivery of certificates, exports, and invoices, and inform clients of any delays or issues in sample integrity.

Responsibilities

• Strive to employ AGAT's mission statement of "Service Beyond Analysis" as the main point of contact and liaison for clients regarding laboratory inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients including face to face meetings, email correspondence and phone calls.
• Manage customer expectations with respect to all aspects of the work orders in-house by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of sample receipts, certificates of analyses, exports and invoices within the requested turnaround time.
• Communicate when sample integrity issues arise and proactively inform clients when delays in turnaround time occur in the lab.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding additional packages/reports based on customers' requests.
