Customer Care Representative – Premier

Location : Burnaby, British Columbia (Hybrid)

Pay : $25–30 / hr CAD (based on experience)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support our Burnaby, British Columbia lab . In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them get set up, answering questions, and ensuring they have a positive experience. You’ll also work closely with our labs, sales, and technical teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email
• Set up new accounts and input information into systems like LIMS and CRM
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Coordinate with lab and internal teams to meet customer needs
• Share test results, resolve billing questions, and assist with complaints
• Help identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support teammates and occasionally participate in customer visits
• Ensure work aligns with quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the dietary supplement or lab testing field
• Education or background in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Science preferred (degree or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Chemistry testing processes is a plus
• Experience using LIMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
