Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support by resolving inquiries, billing issues, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate : $20.22 / hour
• Location : Burnaby, BC
• Shift : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Job type : Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service or billing issues, including processing exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.
• Follow up with customers to provide claim updates and clarify any required actions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and data entry software.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
