Job description

Our Company

Culligan offers a full line of water treatment products for every problem. We provide dependable service and technical expertise that has made Culligan the water solution choice for both residential and commercial locations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person and on the phone professionally
  • Set up deliveries and book service calls
  • Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installations
  • Print, distribute, and close service work orders and route tickets; bill out once completed
  • Promote and upsell products and services to new and current customers
  • Book walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team
  • Handle accounts receivable collections and related calls for outstanding invoices
  • Manage cash register and POS machine, reconcile and balance receipts, prepare bank deposits, and handle petty cash
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
  • Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt deliveries as needed
