A logistics company in Belleville is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for tracking shipments and managing carrier communications. Ideal candidates will have experience in office and transportation environments. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma is necessary, and post-secondary training in logistics is preferred. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.
We currently have an opening for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, at our Belleville location.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, onsite at our office located at 659 College St. East.
The purpose of this position is to trace all shipments, manage/update carrier authorities, handle all carrier communications and performance.
To be successful in this position, Employees are expected to demonstrate competency in all responsibilities listed above, in addition, to the following:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Post-Secondary training in logistics, preferably in the transportation industry.
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm for the first 2 months
After 2 months: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm
