Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lifemark - Barrie Physiotherapy, 15 Gallie Court, Barrie, ON, L4M7G1

Employment Status: Permanent part-time

Anticipated Work Schedule:

  1. Monday: 15:00 - 20:00
  2. Tuesday: 15:00 - 20:00
  3. Wednesday: 15:00 - 20:00
  4. Thursday: 15:00 - 20:00
  5. Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00

Qualifications & Core Competencies:
  • Computer literacy and experience.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Healthcare administration education.
  • Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, preferably 1-3 years in a rehabilitation clinic setting.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls, greet patients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Gather detailed information during patient visits and throughout treatment.
  • Assist with paperwork to prevent errors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
  • Collect payments and verify coverage for funding approval.
  • Data entry, billing, courier coordination, and correspondence processing.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
