Position

Customer Service Rep (Full Time) - Guelph, ON.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate telephone referrals, verify criteria and appropriate funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
  • Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.
  • Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems.
  • Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data and ensure ongoing accuracy of customer information.
  • Support Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties and helping the team achieve a targeted sales budget.
  • Collect payments to ensure customer accounts are current.
  • Track customer orders in JDE to ensure delivery and billing is complete.
  • Daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
  • Ensure outgoing mail is sent daily.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School or equivalent Diploma

Experience:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Retail sales experience is preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Commitment to safety is a must
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers and maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areas
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
