Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

$42,000 to $45,000 per annum

The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher position has a very real impact on the success of our company’s ability to meet our customer’s expectations. WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers as the first point of contact.
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office (requirement) and SAP an asset.
  • Data entry: Inputting sales orders in an operating system.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Respond to in-person, e-mails and telephone inquiries.
  • Works with Outside Sales Teams to coordinate customer requests and to help provide superior customer service.
  • Participate in semi-annual inventory counts.

This position is also responsible for supporting and demonstrating the BasaliteCore Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
