Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedCustomer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for processing and managing customer orders from start to finish. You will collaborate with internal teams and ensure a seamless experience for our clients through proactive communication and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders via phone and email for all customer accounts.
  • Verify product availability and shipment details; communicate updates or concerns to customers.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle including administration, sample handling, and shipping approvals.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and potential delays.
  • Send daily packing slips and shipping confirmations to clients.
  • Prioritize shipping and finishing tasks based on operational needs.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external reports as required.
  • Track and monitor orders using planning and warehouse systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and responsiveness.
  • Occasionally assist customers in the showroom.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $22.60/hr.
