Job Summary

As a customer care representative you will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. You will enter customer orders and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests and general inquiries. You will be using an AS400 based system as well as web-based applications. You will provide assistance to our outside sales team and will work with our supply chain and distribution partners. Your position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Core responsibilities
  • Process customer orders on web based and BPCS (AS400) system.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Expedite and source product to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs.

  • 3-5 years experience in customer relations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
  • Proven people skills
