We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service Manager in Training position.
  • Location: 3536 Arden Road, Hayward, CA 94545. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekend work may be required. Further details to be discussed upon interview.
  • Pay Rate: $68,640 per year.

About the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP):

AMP is a unique combination of assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching that surfaces and develops our future leaders. It provides new and aspiring managers with an impactful, fast-track learning opportunity focusing on management development. The program can be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on individual needs and goals.

Participants will receive:

  • Leadership assessment to identify strengths and development areas
  • Personalized learning paths with experiential learning, micro-courses, and simulations
  • Mentorship and peer support
  • Progress evaluations
About this role:

As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will prepare for future leadership roles within our team. You will learn best practices in areas such as marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, operations, finance, hiring, training, payroll, and P&L management. You will be assigned to a training location for hands-on experience while participating in AMP. Upon graduation, opportunities may include managerial roles in:

Qualifications:
  • An Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • One year of relevant experience or internship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
