Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat using clear and empathetic language
  2. Maintain accurate client records and manage the flow of inquiries and claims
  3. Provide clear explanations of our products and services in client-friendly terms
  4. Handle concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
  5. Collaborate across teams to support service improvements and client outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  2. A readiness to pursue the HLLQP license (training and support provided)
  3. Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  4. A background in customer-facing roles such as service, retail, or support is beneficial
  5. Comfort using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  6. Eligibility to work in Canada (permanent residents and citizens welcome)
