Asahi Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join the Supply Chain team in Toronto. You will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from entry to invoicing, acting as main contact for customer service issues and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and finance.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in customer service or order management, hands-on SAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a focus on process improvement.
