Overview

Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire full-time representatives for upcoming positions in New Brunswick.

As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Thanks to the equipment delivery and the team dedicated to support you, you will be able to start your training and grow your career right from the comfort of your own home*.

This position is up to a 3-month temporary mandate subject to a possible extension or even permanent position. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Your position in a glimpse:

  • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each person requiring a phone assistance;
  • Kindly assist people by:
    • Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes;
    • Scheduling in-centre appointments;
    • Directing them to another service, if needed.
  • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Eligibility criteria:
    • *At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
  • You speak English or are bilingual (English and French).

Training start date: May 23rd, 2025
