Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with visa applications or apply on their behalf.
  • Plan and create customized travel packages based on client preferences.
  • Provide travel resources such as brochures, maps, and cultural information.
  • Develop travel packages using marketing techniques.
  • Address and resolve travel-related concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage data entry in our system.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in travel, customer service, or related roles (minimum 2 years).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with both domestic and international travel trends.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Personal Travel Experience: Considered a plus
Job Details
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (daytime hours) OR Tuesday to Saturday
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Vancouver, BC before starting work.
