Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service, helping customers with rentals and equipment while using U-Scan technology to manage inventory. The role involves inspecting and maintaining equipment, educating customers about products, and assisting with invoices and returns.

The position emphasizes a customer-first approach, safety, and on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
