About the Role:

Clutch is looking for a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to be the face of our company! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great, unique experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer. Minus the red suit, you’ll be a real-life Santa Claus on a daily basis!
  • Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them directly to their front door across Southern Ontario.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Inspect vehicles carefully, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Accurately complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
  • Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary, being a team player.

Here’s what you have:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • License: Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
  • Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. Schedule includes 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day.

It’d be great if you have:

  • Valid OMVIC License: No license yet? No problem! We’ll help you obtain it.
  • A passion for cars and the automotive industry.
  • Experience with warranty products to answer customer questions.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
