What You'll Do

In this role, you'll contribute to various store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training associates in service policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring visual appeal and presentation standards.
• Creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas to influence sales and trends, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience
• High School education or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain an organized warehouse environment
