You are a dynamic administrative professional with a keen eye for detail, thriving on creativity and exceptional customer service (both internal and external). Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly address customer inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring responsiveness to their needs.
  • Efficiently coordinate appointments between customers and external vendors.
  • Consistently create positive and memorable experiences for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Customer Service (minimum 2 years).
  • Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple programs while communicating with customers.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational or sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of residential construction is an asset, but not
  • High degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team.
