Join our Team at Eckville Farm Centre

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you excel in fast-paced environments? If so, Eckville Farm Centre presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Position: Customer Service Clerk

Part-time: 24 – 36 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss
  • Run point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product
  • Assist customers with accounts receivable inquires
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • High School diploma is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required.)
