Job summary

North Central Co-op in Stony Plain, Alberta, is hiring a Full-time Customer Service Clerk for our Home Centre. The role focuses on advising members and customers, locating items, and ensuring accurate displays. Open availability is required, including Sundays through Saturdays (7am–7pm).

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Centre retail or building materials is an asset.
• Provide professional advice and support to members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and support to all members and customers in the Home Center.
• Utilize product and service knowledge to help customers identify, locate and purchase items.
• Initiate positive interactions with customers, develop trust and loyalty with North Central Co-op.
• Stock, organize, and complete merchandise displays according to standards and policies.
• Receive products and freight as needed.
• Assist with inventory verifications and contribute to team environment.
• Support in other departments and with other duties, as required.

North Central Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-time Customer Service Clerk to join our team at our Home Centrelocated in Stony Plain, Alberta. The successful candidate must have open available for shifts Sunday to Saturday (7am-7pm). Open availability is an asset.

What you’ll do:

• Provide professional advice and support to all members and customers in the Home Center

Who you are:
