Do you believe in warm welcomes and connecting with customers? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Captain in High Prairie, Alberta.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working during peak grocery retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Most importantly, a willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Process payments, returns, and other transactions using electronic systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers (over the phone, in person, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Handle customer service inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Location: High Prairie, AB
• Wage: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
