Position : Customer Service Team Member
Status:Full-Time & Part-Time

OpenShine Holdings Ltd., the operator of several Tommy's Express Car Wash franchises in Southwest Ontario, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Team member to support in the daily operations at our Tommy’s Express Brampton facility. About Tommy's Express:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
  • Promote and upsell membership packages to customers, emphasizing value and convenience.
  • Exceed Guest expectations
  • Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems
  • Oversee all property aesthetics
  • Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages
  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds
  • Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle
  • Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture
  • Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
  • A winning attitude and great character
  • Display self-discipline in setting and meeting goals.
