Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Goderich, Ontario to provide excellent service at the point of sale. You will assist customers, process transactions at the cash register, and help with stocking and merchandising while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
