Canadian Tire in Drayton Valley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, returns, exchanges, and sales transactions with customers and colleagues.

You will greet customers, assist over the phone and in person, operate the register, and help maintain a welcoming, safe store environment. Flexible shifts and ongoing training come with this role in a community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Operate cash register, computer and printer.
• Maintain the customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
