About This Role

General position summary:

Customer Service Support assists the Customer Service team with tasks on site to maintain office supplies in the classrooms, briefing rooms, photocopiers and assist in maintaining the customer common areas. Assist with maintaining the office supply inventory and assist with other related tasks.

  • Appreciation of customer environment
  • Able to follow direction and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent

Key outputs/deliverables and tasks:

  • Replenishment of office supplies in classrooms, briefing rooms and front reception
  • Assist with preparation of client lanyards for upcoming trainings
  • Clean plastic badges & holders to allow reuse
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of the customer lounges:
    • Refilling creamers/milk supplies
    • Ensuring daily snacks are kept in a presentable manner
    • Refilling disposable cutlery and napkin dispensers
  • Refilling photocopy machines with paper
  • Count office supplies and assist with updating inventory list
  • Assist course support team with assembling Welcome packages
  • Assist with other related tasks in support of the customer service/course support team as needed

Other information: Bilingualism is not required but is an asset.
