What Will Your Mission Be?

1. Responding to client calls and emails;
2. Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
3. Managing unpaid accounts;
4. Initiating legal recovery procedures;
5. Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
6. Researching client information for the application of judgments;
7. Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
8. Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
9. Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
